Silver Cross products are built to last and have historically been passed down through the generations. But we understand even the most premium prams need a little TLC from time to time. That’s why we launched our Premium Valet & Service scheme in the UK – designed to prolong the life of your Silver Cross pushchair so you can keep loving and using it, or pass it on to someone else.

Every minute, it’s estimated that one million plastic bottles are thrown away globally. We’re reducing this waste and putting them to good use with Dune and Reef’s new sustainable outer fabrics woven exclusively with yarn from recycled plastic bottles. 35 plastic bottles were recycled to created Dune and Reef’s seat units, 24 were recycled to create the compact folding carrycot and 12 plastic bottles were recycled to create the first bed carrycot.

We’re proud to be the first car seat brand to offer a recycling service in the UK to ensure Silver Cross car seats don’t go to landfill. Our specialist recycling team use expert lasers to separate the recyclable materials which are then used to produce other products and packaging across a wide variety of industries.

And when our UK customers no longer have use for their Silver Cross pushchair, it can be donated to our charity partners Baby Basics – a network of over 50 baby banks. We’ll pick it up and refurbish it at our cost, and pass it on to those who need it the most.
