We couldn’t be prouder of our unique history. It makes us who we are today.

 

The Silver Cross story began back in 1877, when our founder William Wilson, invented the very first pram. Since then, we’ve become one of the world’s most loved, and trusted, nursery brands – proudly transporting more than 10 million babies around the globe.

For the next generation

Dune and Reef, our most innovative pushchairs to date, launch with sustainability at their heart.

Crafted from fabrics woven from recycled bottles and FCS and biodegradable packaging.

The Silver Cross car safety range launches to high-accolades winning numerous awards.

With a number of car seats being awarded the best safety rating ever by ADAC.

Global expansion

Our products are now available to more than 70 countries worldwide with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Melbourne.

In 2018 we opened our first flagship store in Shanghai.

Firmly established as Britain’s most exclusive pram manufacturer.

Silver Cross launched new designs to meet the changing demands of modern families.

The Rolls-Royce of prams

Gaining a reputation for high quality craftsmanship and design.

Silver Cross grew to become one of the industry’s biggest exporters worldwide – also known as the “Rolls-Royce of prams.”

Long associated with royalty, a Silver Cross pram was supplied for King George VI.

And the tradition continued, with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales opting for classic Silver Cross prams for their newborns.
